29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: Location: Loading docks 1 through 57 On or about April 9, 2024, the employer had not fully performed periodic inspections of the lockout-tagout procedures for the Powerramp VS Series Dock Levelers. US Foods, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard (1910.147(c)(6)(i)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1470026, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 4, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 2575 Virginia Avenue in Hurricane, West Virginia.
