29 CFR 1926.1412(e)(3)(i): The monthly inspection items checked, the results of the inspection, the name and signature of the person conducting the monthly inspection, and the results of the inspection were not documented and maintained by the employe who conducts the inspection. (a) On or about April 04, 2024, at 333 N New River Drive East, Fort Lauderdale FL 33301, the employer did not ensure the monthly inspection documentation for Terex Top Climbing System did not include the inspection and results of the climbing frame system and its components such as but not limited to U-bolts (Cable Clamps), bolts, thimble and wire rope.
