(a) Production Area: On or about 4/4/24, the employer did not have the overhead cranes, that are used to hoist pressure vessels, inspected within the past 12 months. West Warwick Welding, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.179(j)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1554496, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/28/22 with respect to a workplace located at 970 Main Street West Warwick, RI 02893.
