29 CFR 1910.178(l):Operators were not trained in the safe operation of powered industrial trucks: On or about April 4th, 2024, at least two employee(s) engaged in material handling operations located at 3302 Harlan Lewis Road, Bellevue, Nebraska, were exposed to struck-by hazards. The employer failed to ensure that employee(s) received forklift training prior to operating Clark forklift models S30G and TMX25 at the facility. Americana Enterprises, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.178(l), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1687494, citation number 1, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on 10-24-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 3302 Harlan Lewis Road, Bellevue, Nebraska.
