29 CFR 1904.31(a): The employer did not record the recordable injuries/illnesses that occurred to employees who were not on their payroll, but were supervised by the company on a day-to-day basis: (a) Warehouse: On or about 3/29/2024, the employer did not record a workplace injury on the OSHA 300 log for calendar year 2024 while the employer supervised employees in the day-to-day operations. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
