29 CFR 1910.23(c)(3): The employer did not ensure that ladders were not loaded beyond the maximum intended load: On and/or before April 2, 2024, the employer did not ensure that portable ladders throughout the casino had any manufacture data listed for load limits for employees to identify during inspection and use of A-frame ladders. This condition potentially exposed employees to fall hazards in the following locations: a) Purchase and Inventory Dock b) Maintenance Shop The Quechan Casino Resort was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.23(c)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1458255, citation number 1, item number 1-b and was affirmed as a final order on 03-23-2020, with respect to a workplace located at 525 Algodones Rd, Winterhaven, CA 92283.
