29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section: a) Maintenance Shop; On or about March 27, 2024 and times prior the employer failed to ensure chemicals such as, but not limited to, degreasers and oils, were labeled, tagged or marked with information regarding the physical and health hazards of the chemical. Madix was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(f)(6), which was contained in inspection number 1659040, citation number 3, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on September 06, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 500 Madix Drive, Eclectic, AL 36024.
