29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) On or about March 28, 2024 , at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet ground to eave while performing residential roofing work. R.A.C. Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1614950, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed final order on June, 12, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 733 S Maple Ave, Oak Park, IL 60304.
