29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards: a) Jobsite located at 211 S 12th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107- On or about March 25, 2024, the employer did not ensure the construction area was posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards. Employees were performing an excavation site along the sidewalk and street without traffic signs thereby exposing employees to struck-by hazards. BM Consultant Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1667440, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/21/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 6832 Ridge Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19128.
