29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: A.) Accuride Erie LP, on or about 3/21/24 and times prior thereto: The employer did not conduct periodic inspections for service and maintenance activities on equipment including but not limited to the 3M-Matic Dual S867 II "L" Clip Applicator Tape Machienes. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement
