29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a- 8 Earlington Avenue, Mullica Hill NJ: The company worksite Foreman and a worker were exposed to eye/face injuries when using air nailers without the use of eye/face protection when performing roof underlayment and shingle installation activities at the worksite. Condition observed on or about 03/08/24. Dynamic General Services, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.102(a)(1)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1632443, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/28/23, with respect to a workplace located at 59 Senator's Way, Berlin NJ.
