29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system. Location: Job site; On or about 03/13/2024, employees were witnessed working on a low-sloped roof without utilizing fall protection. Employees had harnesses on but were not tied off to any form of fall protection anchorage and lifeline while working 25-feet or more above the ground. Luis Caguana DBA LC Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1559755, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/20/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 55 Lodi Rd., Marlborough, MA 01752.
