29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2)(ii): Lavatories were not provided with hot and cold, or tepid running water: a.) PJ Murphy Forest Products Corp., restroom by office - On or about 3/12/24, employees were using toilet facilities that only had cold water for hand washing. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
