29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program that included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): On or about 02/26/2024, at a worksite located at 970 Caxambas Drive, Marco Island, Florida, employees were exposed to chemical hazards due to the lack of a written hazard communication program while exposed to APOC Wet/Dry Cement, Ployglass PG 500, and Mod Bit Adhesive.
