29 CFR 1904.40(a):The employer failed to provide copies of the injury and illness records to an authorized representative within four hours of the request: a) Jobsite - On or about February 27, 2024 the employer did not provide copies of the OSHA 300 and 300A's within four hours of the request. The EE took eight days to provide the requested document.
