29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph: a). 50 Cable Drive, Suite 100, Kearny, NJ 07032 The employer failed to ensure all employees assigned to operate powered industrial trucks were competent to do so through the successful completion of training and/or other forms of evaluation. An employee operated equipment that included, but was not limited to, a Type E, Crown Integral Model S200 forklift without having successfully completed training. Violation occurred on or about February 23, 2024
