29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which described how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200 paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training would be met. a) Jobsite located at 650 Fairmount Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19123 - On or about February 8, 2024, A written Hazard Communication Program was not implemented where employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, Tricalcium Silicate and Dicalcium Silicate contained in the Keystone Portland Cement. McNulty Masonry Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(g)(8), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1673650, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/19/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 141 N 4th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
