29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. a) On or about 2/5/2024 at 1520 Hopkins Ave., Dover, DE 19901: employee exposed to falls, trips, falling objects hazards over 10 feet while conducting construction activities without frequent and regular inspections of the job site by a competent person at site. The Miguel Nunez (dba Major Builders) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 19260020 B 02, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1672661, citation number 01001, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/13/2023, with respect to a workplace located at Hatteras Hills Club House, Magnolia, DE 19962.
