29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: a) On or about January 31, 2024, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations exposed to struck-by hazards were not wearing protective helmets. Adams Roofing Professionals, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1684638, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 5, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 733 Limerick Ln., 2A, SCHAUMBURG, IL 60193.
