29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1): The employer did not report within 8-hours the death of an employee resulting from a work-related incident: a) 101 PA-739, Lords Valley, PA 18428 - On October 4, 2023, during maintenance activities on skid steer loader an employee was fatally wounded. The work-related incident was not reported to OSHA by the company within the required 8-hours. Corrected During Inspection
