On or about January 19, 2024, at the Kebo Pin Setter ball lifts; employee(s) were reaching over and working near the ball lifts without effective guarding affixed to the machines. The Punch Bowl Social Austin was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1611223, item number1-3-b and was affirmed as a final order on February 14, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 11310 Domain Drive unit # 100 AUSTIN, TX 78758.
