29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section: a. On the roof of a temporary residential work site located at 5923 Cedar Hills Boulevard in Jacksonville, Florida 32210: On or about January 25, 2024, the employer exposed employees to 10.5-foot fall hazard, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing roofing work. Quality Labor Source, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1576370, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 14, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 601 Stonehill Place, Saint Augustine, FL 32092.
