OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to injuries caused by the operation, collision, and/or rollover of powered industrial trucks and the failure to wear seat belts: Loading dock, 1311 Union Street Ext., West Springfield, MA: On January 23, 2024, and at times prior, employees operated powered industrial trucks without utilizing the operator restraint system. Ross Express LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, OSH Act of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1632471, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 14, 2023, with respect to a workplace at 15 Page Rd West, Hermon, ME.
