29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. (a)Tharp Cabinet Company: On or about January 17, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed chemical eye burns while using corrosive substances such as but not limited to battery acid. The emergency eye wash/shower station was restricted by protective coverings.
