OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a fall hazard. Production Warehouse 1: On or about January 9, 2024, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall hazard to the concrete slab below while working from elevated forklift tines to add or remove product from bags.
