29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: a) 500 Green Street, Canton Township, PA: On or about January 8, 2024, at the top of the shear pit in the 110 mill, the employer did not ensure that the catwalk in the 110 mill was kept in an orderly condition. Deficiencies noted during the inspection included, but were not limited to, a disconnected pipe that protruded into the walking area.
