29 CFR 1904.40(a):The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours. At the production facility located at 701 Donnon St. Council Grove, KS, the employer failed to provide copies of the 2021 injury and illness records to an authorized representative. The employer was not able to provide the injury and illness records when asked verbally and by email request on January 4, 2024. The record was not provided during a third request on January 10, 2024. The record was not provided by February 8, 2024 before issuing citations.
