29 CFR 1910.134(m)(2)(ii): Fit test records were not retained for respirator users until the next fit test was administered. a) 800 Peach Glen-Idaville Rd., Peach Glen, PA 17375 - An employee was fit tested during the year of 2023 on the MSA AirHawk II Self-Container Breathing Apparatus (SCBA), but the employer did not retain the current fit test record. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
