29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: (a) On January 02, 2024 at 2412 Dutton Circle SE in Mandan, North Dakota, four employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet while engaged in roofing sheathing activities at a project without utilizing fall protection systems. Note: E P Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501 (b)13 , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1608331, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09-01-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 3413 Gallatin Drive Bismarck, North Dakota.
