29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3):29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. On or about December 21, 2023 at the Wolfeboro, NH Post office. Employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards from protruding boxes on the floor in the work areas. United States Postal Service was previously cited for a Serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1910.22(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1480531, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/5/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 10 Celina Ave. Nashua, NH 03064.
