29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment: a.) Country Fair, Inc. #9, 1459 E. State Street, Sharon, PA 16146, back storage room - On or about 12/18/23, and times prior thereto, the electrical panel boxes were left open and did not afford the intended arc flash protection of the electrical panel box. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
