29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: Travel Center Entrance: On and/or before December 21, 2023, multiple electrical equipment such as extension cords, freezer, and Christmas trees were plugged into were plugged into relocatable power taps and/or "daisy chained" in which were not used according to listing and labeling instructions. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to electrical shock and/or fire hazards. In the following locations: a) Travel Center Entrance, Christmas tree and freezer were plugged into a relocatable power tap and extension cord. b) Boiler room and adjacent area, blue scissor lift was plugged into two yellow extension cord(s). The Golden Acorn Casino and Travel Center was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1543750, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 23, 2021 with respect to a workplace located at 1800 Golden Acorn Way CAMPO, CA. 91906
