29 CFR 1926.59: The employer had not developed a written hazard communication program in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1) as incorporated by reference: 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers had not developed, implemented, and maintained at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least described how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets (SDSs), and employee information and training would be met. On or about December 15, 2023, and prior thereto, did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace a written hazard communication program which at least described how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f) for labels and other forms of warning, (g) for SDSs, and (h) for employee information and training would be met. PRECISION ROOFING & REMODELING LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.59, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1702248, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 30, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1334 Heritage Parkway in Wentzville, Missouri.
