Administrative Office : On and/or before December 7, 2023, the employer, upon request from Federal OSHA Compliance Officer, did not provide OSHA 300 logs and OSHA 300A as requested for the years of 2020, 2021, 2022 and year to date, within four (4) hours. U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1904.40(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1421649, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on February 25, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 105 Franklin Rd.
