OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1) The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees a. Truss Line 4 - On or about December 8, 2023, the employer failed to ensure wood dust accumulation did not exceed 1/8" on floor surfaces, failure to implement an effective housekeeping process exposed employees to combustible dust hazards. b. Truss Line 3 - On or about December 8, 2023, the employer failed to ensure wood dust accumulation did not exceed 1/8" on floor surfaces, failure to implement an effective housekeeping process exposed employees to combustible dust hazards. c. Truss Line 2 - On or about December 8, 2023, the employer failed to ensure wood dust accumulation did not exceed 1/8" on floor surfaces, failure to implement an effective housekeeping process exposed employees to combustible dust hazards. d. Glue Lam 2 - On or about December 8, 2023, the employer failed to ensure wood dust accumulation did not exceed 1/8" on floor surfaces, failure to implement an effective housekeeping process exposed employees to combustible dust hazards. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
