29 CFR 1910.178(a)(4): Modifications or additions which affect capacity and safe operation of powered industrial truck were performed by the employer without the manufacturer's prior written approval: a) Northern Pelagic Group, LLC- On or about December 5, 2023, employees operated reach trucks with additions, a forklift aerial platform to conduct inventory, and the employer did not obtain the manufacturer's written approval before use, exposing employees to tip-over hazards. Abatement certification required.
