29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a) In the Meat Department on November 22, 2023, and times prior to, where the blade guard on the Biro Band Saw 3334, KR Equip #4890530, Serial Number XLSO5-CV4-L-SS, was not adjusted to the height and width of the meat exposing employees to amputation hazards. Kroger was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.212(a)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1573131, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 13, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 22150 Westheimer Parkway, Katy, TX.
