29 CFR 1910.165(e): Manually operated actuation devices for use in conjunction with employee alarms were not unobstructed, conspicuous and readily accessible: a) In the supply warehouse, located at 2501 North Patterson St., Valdosta, GA, on or about November 20, 2023, the employer exposed employees to entrapment and health hazards, in that manually operated fire alarms were partially blocked to prevent employee use in the event of an emergency.
