29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(1): The employer with a workplace or work operation covered by this standard did not determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI): a.) General Partitions Manufacturing Corp, welding area, on or about November 20th, 2023 and times prior thereto: Employees performed welding/cutting operations on stainless steel onsite. The employer did not determine employees potential exposure to hexavalent chromium during welding operations on stainless steel. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
