29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- Front & Back of Residential Structure - 70 Magnolia Drive, Freehold NJ: On or about 11/16/23 workers were not protected from falling when performing roofing and other related work from a residential structure's pitched roofs while wearing full body harnesses that were not connected to anchors with lanyards or other approved means . As such, these workers were exposed to fall hazards up to and in excess of 11 feet 8 inches to the ground surface below. b - Back of Residential Structure -70 Magnolia Drive, Freehold NJ: On or about 11/16/23 a worker was not protect from falling when performing roofing and other related work from a residential structure's pitched roof while improperly connected to an anchor by a lanyard whose one end was connected to the anchor and the other connected to the side strap of the full body harness they were wearing . As such, this worker was exposed to fall hazards up to and in excess of 12 feet 2 inches feet to the ground surface below.
