29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5):Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet): a.) At the worksite, located at 10600 Endeavour Way Largo, FL 33777; On or about 11/13/23, the employer exposed employees to to fire and smoke inhalation hazards, in that the entry doors of the production room leading to and from the hallways was not an exit door and was not labeled by a "no exit" sign while employees conducted production operations.
