29 CFR 1910.178(q)(10): Industrial trucks were not kept in a clean condition: a) Powder Plant Area; On or about November 7, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that a sit-down forklift (Model: TAILIFT U.S.A. INC. FG 30G; Serial Number: 108238) was not kept in a clean condition, as the forklift contained powdered debris on the gauge controls.
