29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the required four (4) business hours: On or about November 3, 2023, the employer failed to provide copies of the injury and illness records to an authorized representative within four business hours. The OSHA 300 injury and illness logs for 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 were provided on November 13, 2023, ten days after the initial request was made.
