29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Location: Jobsite; On or about 10/31/2023, an employee was not protected from falling off the peak of the roof truss they were working on which was greater than 25-feet above the ground below and was 19-feet above the floor of the 2nd story of the residence.
