29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iv): The employer's certification of employee training did not contain each employee's name and date of training: (a) W.M. Sheppard Lumber: On or about October 25, 2023, and times prior, the employer exposed employees to electric shock and/or amputation hazards, in that the employer did not ensure dates of training were contained on the records of training for employees authorized to perform Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO). W.M. Sheppard Lumber was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1435955, citation number1, item number1B and was affirmed as a final order on December 5, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 15175 US Highway 80 East, Brooklet, GA 30145.
