29 CFR1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: Company: On or about October 24, 2023 the employer had not conducted a documented periodic review of the lockout/tagout procedures for machinery and equipment in the facility. Coherent was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1572848, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 7, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1280 Blue Hills Avenue Bloomfield, CT 06002.
