29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: Production Line #17: On or about October 19, 2023, press #254, guards were not secured to the sides of the machine to prevent employees from reaching into the point of operation. This condition exposed employees to struck-by and/or caught-in hazards. Polymerica Limited Company dba Global Enterprises was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1334306, citation number 1 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 06, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 6055 Luckett Ct., El Paso, TX 79932.
