This was most recently documented on October 17, 2023 at 8022 South 184th Terrace, Omaha, Nebraska. The employer failed to ensure that employees used eye protection when using pneumatic nail guns for framing construction work. Egg Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1605107, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on September 26, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 21332 A Street, Elkhorn, Nebraska 68022.
