Examples of guarding methods are barrier guards, two-hand tripping devices, electronic safety devices, etc. a) On or about September 27, 2023, the employer did not ensure that machine guarding was provided on the Gloucester 64" Dual Spindle Winder - Portable Unit machine exposing employees to a caught in hazard created with the constant rotation of the plastic film being rolled onto spindles.
