29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- 108 Sofia Drive, Manalapan NJ: The company worksite Foreman and their workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 19 feet to the ground surface below when applying sheets of OSB to a residential structure's upper, without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 10/04/23 b- 108 Solfia Drive, Manalapan NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 14 feet to the cement flooring below when walking and working from a residential structure's pitched dormer roof while wearing a full body harness that was not connected to an anchor with a lanyard or other approved means. Condition observed on or about 10/04/23. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
